Key Responsibilities:
Manage projects, including taking on a project management role where required.
Demonstrate strong contract administration skills and a solid understanding of CA duties under JCT Minor Works and Standard forms.
Provide pre-tender estimates and cost advice to designers and clients.
Support a team of designers and surveyors in delivering high-quality projects.
Offer expert guidance on procurement and contractual matters.
Negotiate with contractors to resolve financial and commercial issues, including agreement of final accounts prior to audit.
What We're Looking For:
Recognised RICS or CIOB professional qualification at degree level or equivalent (preferred).
Proven ability to provide expert advice on procurement, contracts, and financial negotiations.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
