The Electrical Quality Supervisor plays a vital role in ensuring the quality and safety of electrical systems and components during the installation of our various energy measures. This position involves conducting inspections of live installations, meticulously reviewing the work performed by electricians, and focusing on Health & Safety, inspection & testing, documentation, and implementation. The supervisor may provide guidance to installers and report findings back to the office. Additionally, they will prepare detailed reports on these site visits and make recommendations for potential improvements as needed.
Responsibilities:
Report to the Operations Manager regarding the performance of electrical installation and maintenance projects.
Ensure proper systems are in place to maintain the highest quality of work.
Guarantee all work complies with Health and Safety and CDM regulations.
Supervise and oversee project direction, ensuring specifications and requirements are met, reviewing progress, and liaising with management and installers as needed to monitor and report findings.
Possess knowledge of all electrical systems in domestic settings.
Manage inspection, testing, verification, certification, and reporting procedures for various electrical work.
Ensure test equipment, documentation, and records are available for inspection as required.
Collaborate with the team to complete installation and maintenance projects.
Review certifications and live installations.
