Mon-Fri 9am-5pm (37hrs per week) £12.69ph

Our client's dedicated team in Merthyr Tydfil provide floating support to people who are at risk homelessness 
and tenancy failure, working in partnership with the local authority, landlords and other local agencies. 
We work with a range of clients including private and social tenants, home owners and sofa surfers. 
As a Support Worker, you will be leading on casework and undertake other housing support tasks/duties 
as required. Community and office based.  Your tasks are managing any tenancy related issues for example:

Debts, arrears and benefits
Searching for alternative accommodation
Setting up a new tenancy
Liaising with gas, water and electricity provider’s
Offering advice and support around a tenancy
As well as access to the Solution Focus Service
Necessary:

Previous experience with Tenancy or Homelessness Support preferred.  Driving License & Own Car
