Job Purpose

Oversight of part of our independent living service (ILS) which supports people with learning disabilities and other additional needs such as mental health in the community. This is a highly dynamic and varied role.

Work with colleagues to provide the best service to the people we support which is truly aspirational and person centred.

Lead, manage and develop a team of workers to provide outstanding support services.

Responsible for the quality and organisation of services; the workforce, and the partnerships necessary to deliver them.
