We have a care home for dementia residents in Barry Island Cardiff. The home is registered for 30 residents. 
It has 32 staff, some part time and some full time. They include Deputy Manager -1, Secretary cum administrator -
1, Senior Carer- 4, Catering -4, House keeping -5, Maintenance-1, and others are care assistants.
 
We require a Care Manager ASAP who should be registered manager, and has leadership qualities, strong on 
procedures and system and experienced in managing dementia home. Salary £35000/- PA, negotiable. 
The client is happy to look at contract with a possibility of turning permanent
