We have several opportunities to join our team as labourer/ operators.

Roles include Day Work and Shift Work :

Day Work - Primarily working a 40 hour week Monday to Friday with frequent overtime opportunities through the week and on weekends.

Shift Work - Working a 4 on 4 off, 12hr pattern of 2 days followed by 2 nights, then 4 days off work. Again with frequent overtime opportunities.

These are physical roles working across various teams to maintain and improve housekeeping standards across the facility.
Candidates must have a current Site Safety Passport or equivalent CCNSG and be a car driver with their own vehicle.
Small plant experience (skid steer, forward tipping dumper, excavator) would be advantageous and may lead to further opportunities. For candidates showing the right aptitude then training will be undertaken on small plant when the opportunity arises.
Earning will depend upon actual worked hours.

Hourly rate is currently £8.91 to the individual which will rise to £9.50 shortly with minimum wage increase.
Time and a half after 8 hours and on a Saturday, Sunday is paid at double time.
