RSD are currently recruiting for a contracts surveyor to work in the barry area.
This vacancy is initially 6-12 months however it is likely to continue on an on-going basis after this initial period.
Candidates will need the following experiences:-

1.	Building Surveying experience and the ability to evaluate building faults, defects etc.
2.	Contract Administration experience with the ability to produce contract documentation e.g. schedule of works, specification, 
pre-contract information etc.
3.	A sound working knowledge of building regulations in relation to domestic premises.
4.	A working knowledge of the CDM’s regulations.
5.	CAD experience would be beneficial but is not essential.
6.	Supervision of contractors in a client role.
7.	Site supervision of contractors in regard to H&S (inc H&S Audits)
8.	Site supervision of contractors with experience of completing all required documentation including permits to work etc
9.	Educated to at least HNC in a building related subject.
