You will work under the general supervision of the Residential Care Officer and have the ability to work 
as part of a team, committed to providing a high quality standard of care to residents as well as 
demonstrate a positive attitude, patience, understanding and flexibility.  
An NVQ Level 2 in care or equivalent is preferred
